The goal of the coaching program with Simply B.O.S.S. Events is to help wedding and event planners grow their business through education with online learnings, 1:1 & group coaching.

The program is geared to enhance the knowledge and experience of the event professional regardless of where they are in their business cycle. It is ideal for planners who are just starting out as well as experienced business owners who have been planning events for years.

1:1 Session

​

Maybe you are established in your career but need help with your marketing or maybe experiencing that all too familiar creative block.  Choosing this option allows you to focus on the components that are most important to you.

 

Additionally, you have the option of learning in the timeframe that best suits you.  1-month, 3-months, or 6-months with 1 or 2; one-hour sessions.

 

These learnings will be a mix of things you want to improve and can include:

 

• Starting your business; fictitious business name, getting insurance, business plan, and managing goals

• Essential Elements of a Contract

• Budgeting & Goal Setting

• Project Management & Business Operations

• Building your team

• Building partner relationships

Group Sessions

Learn better in group settings? Let's get this learning started. Choosing this option places you in a group of up to 20 people to share learning and knowledge gained through work experience.
